Steve Lineberry, CISA, NSA-IAM, IEM

Steve, the director of information systems assurance and consulting services with KraftCPAs, has over 20 years of experience in information system management, security, and IS risk management. His responsibilities include FFIEC exams, IS audit, and IS security testing for community banks and other financial institutions. His technical expertise includes Windows, AS/400, and various versions of UNIX. Steve is knowledgeable in many core-banking applications including Jack Henry, Fidelity, Metevante, and FISERV.

Steve is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). This certification program is devoted exclusively to the field of information systems audit, control and security. In addition, Steve holds the National Security Agency (NSA) INFOSEC Assessment Methodology (IAM) and INFOSEC Evaluation Methodology (IEM) certifications. IAM and IEM are methodologies developed by the National Security Agency for conducting security assessments and evaluations of the critical components of a network. He has also held certifications in Solaris and HP-UX Network Administration.

Joe Mauldin

Joe is an information systems assurance and consulting manager. Prior to joining KraftCPAs, he worked with a national CPA firm where he gained experience working with financial institutions of all sizes. Joe provides external and internal information systems audit services, Sarbanes-Oxley assessments and testing, and SAS 70 services. 

Joe received a bachelor's degree in business administration and business information systems and a master's in information systems from Mississippi State University.  He has completed the requirements to become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). This certification program is devoted exclusively to the field of information systems audit, control and security.

Brett Scott MCSE, MCNE

Brett is president of Kraft Technology Group, LLC. He has 15 years of IS experience and providing the following services to clients: design, installation, and support of client's networking infrastructure; implementation of perimeter security measures (firewalls); technology planning; systems upgrades/migrations; remote access solutions; email implementations; thin-client computing implementations; penetration/vulnerability testing and security assessments.

Brett received his bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Tennessee Technological University. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE). Brett is a member of Community Resource Center's Operations Committee and a member of the Nashville Technology Council.

Jim Mefford, CISA

Jim is a senior information systems auditor. He has worked in the information systems industry since 1978 and in IS auditing since 1998. His experience includes SAP R/3 administration, database administration, spreadsheet controls, data center management and application development.

Jim received his bachelor's degree in computer science and math from Western Kentucky University. He also received his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Seminary. Jim is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), which is awarded upon demonstrated competence and experience in the field of information systems audit, control and security. He is a member of the Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA).

Bill Lewis, CISA

Bill is an information systems auditor. He has extensive experience with FFIEC bank audits, Sarbanes-Oxley testing, internal and external audits, and SAS 70 engagements.

Bill received bachelor's degrees in finance and logistics from the University of Tennessee. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), which is awarded upon demonstrated competence and experience in the field of information systems audit, control and security. He is also A+ and Security+ certified. Bill is a member of the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Wynne E. Baker, CPA, CFSA, CBA

Wynne is the member/owner in charge of KraftCPAs' Banking Industry Team.  With 32 years of experience serving banks, Wynne has a national reputation as an authority in this area.  He graduated from Tennessee Technological University. As well as being a CPA, Wynne earned the chartered bank auditor certificate (CBA) awarded by the Bank Administration Institute, is a "preferred examiner" under the American Bankers Association Preferred Audit Program, and is a certified financial services auditor (CFSA). 

Wynne is or has been involved with the following organizations: Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA) Banking Committee, American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Depository Institutions Expert Panel, AICPA Bank Regulatory Task Force and Banking Conference, AICPA Financial Services Expert Panel, AICPA Banking and Savings Institutions Committee, AICPA Community Banking Task Force, and the AICPA Savings and Loan Committee.

Mike Ingram, CPA, CFSA

Mike is a member/owner in KraftCPAs and has been with the firm since 1974.  He heads up the firm's assurance services practice, including information systems assurance services. He is also a member of KraftCPAs' Banking Industry Group.  He is a CPA, a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute of Internal Bank Auditing and is a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA). Mike graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 1973 with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Thomas D. Boles, CPA, CSPM

Tom has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. As a member/owner in the audit department, Tom works with a variety of clients.  Tom also heads up the firms SAS 70 team, supervising local, national and international SAS 70 engagements.

He graduated from the Bowling Green College of Commerce in 1963 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in Tennessee and Kentucky and is also certified in Strategic Performance Management.

Beverly Horner, CPA, CFSA

Beverly, member in charge of the KraftCPAs' Columbia office, joined the firm in 1988. She serves as engagement director on audits, tax engagements, and consulting engagements for financial institutions. 

She completed the Tennessee Banker's School of Commercial Lending in 1993. As well as being a CPA, she is a certified financial services auditor (CFSA). Beverly graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1987 with a master of business administration. She received a bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1977.
